A project that began with a small name

The name and symbol MIYO began with a Scottish Fold cat named Miyo.

As a kitten, her voice sounded like “miyo, miyo,” and the name came naturally.

Independent yet affectionate with her family, Miyo became the MIYOcoin mascot—and a personal story grew into a blockchain project.

Like Miyo—poised yet friendly—we make difficult blockchain concepts feel approachable.
